Organizational structure

WSW has successfully evolved into an organization performing ‘key activities’. Its Executive Board comprises a single General Manager. A controller who has broad-ranging internal control responsibilities, but also advises the Executive Board and provides information to the Supervisory Board independently has been appointed at a management team level. WSW is a ‘flat’ organisation, where responsibilities are kept as low as possible in the hierarchy.
