- WSW requests information about the value of the collateral once a year
- Participants have to provide information about investments plans
Early warning
- Once a housing association becomes a WSW participant, it will be assigned a monitoring profile that determines the frequency of WSW’s monitoring and visits
- Assessments make it possible to determine at an early stage whether participants will be able to meet their commitments in both short and medium term
