Requests for information

  • Participants have to provide risk assessments twice a year
    • summer assessment (dVi): actual figures
    • winter assessment: cash flow forecasts
  • WSW requests information about the value of the collateral once a year
  • Participants have to provide information about investments plans

Early warning

  • Once a housing association becomes a WSW participant, it will be assigned a monitoring profile that determines the frequency of WSW’s monitoring and visits
  • Assessments make it possible to determine at an early stage whether participants will be able to meet their commitments in both short and medium term
